Jaguar is an animal beginning with the letter J. It is a predatory mammal of the felidae family, the panther subfamily. It occurs in North America and South America - from Mexico to northern Argentina. Among cats, these animals are only second in size to tigers and lions. Jaguars resemble leopards, but are much larger and stronger than them. These animals are second to none, their only natural threat is anacondas. They are under international protection of the species.
The fur of the jaguars is reddish yellow. Their fur is covered with dark spots that resemble rosettes or circles with black dots inside. The length of the animals' bodies reaches up to 180 cm. Their tail is another 75 cm.
